Celebrate Lunar New Year with Festive Eats at Universal Orlando
Delicious treats to celebrate the lunar new year!
Universal Orlando is rolling out some delicious limited-time treats to celebrate Lunar New Year! From now through February 15, you can find special menu items at Universal CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida, and Islands of Adventure. Here’s what’s on the menu:
Voodoo Doughnut (CityWalk)
Try the Coconut Pandan Doughnut, featuring an ube-flavored filling, green tea velvet icing, toasted coconut, and snake gummies in honor of the Year of the Snake.
The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar (CityWalk)
Snake in the Grass Roll – Tempura shrimp, avocado, and eel wrapped in sushi rice, topped with honey, spicy mayo, and shrimp crunchies.
South Seas Snake Cocktail – A tropical blend of Ming River Sichuan Baijiu, rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, passion fruit, and ginger puree, garnished with an orange slice and a snake-shaped bamboo leaf.
Bend the Bao (CityWalk)
Cool off with two refreshing boba drinks:
Winter Melon & Strawberry Tea Lemonade with aiya jelly boba.
Passion Fruit & Ginger Tea with lychee boba.
Lombard’s Seafood Grille (Universal Studios Florida)
Crispy Snowflake Potstickers – Shrimp-stuffed dumplings with a fried lacey crust, served with sweet and savory dragon sauce.
Croissant Moon Bakery (Islands of Adventure)
(unfortunately, no photo was provided for this item)
Chocolate Cheesecake Mooncake – A rich, chocolatey spin on the classic Chinese mooncake.
These limited-time treats won’t be around for long, so grab them while you can! Which one are you most excited to try? The Voodoo donut looks a bit overkill if i’m being honest, but I think the potstickers sound amazing!
