Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi friend!

I wanted to take a brief pause from our usual schedule of park updates, construction news, and travel tips to send a slightly different kind of email today.

As I was preparing the content for next week, I found myself reflecting on how much this newsletter has grown and, more importantly, the community of people who read it every single week.

When I first sat down to write the very first edition of this newsletter, my motivation was rooted in a specific feeling that I think we all share.

It was that unique sense of immersion and escape that happens the moment you walk through the arches at Universal Orlando.

I realized that for me, the parks were never just about the thrill of a coaster or the taste of Butterbeer; they were about the joy of anticipation and the complex details that make a vacation truly memorable.

I started this newsletter because I wanted to capture that excitement and make it accessible. I wanted to create a resource that didn't just list wait times, but actually helped people navigate the overwhelming amount of information out there.

My goal was to bridge the gap between being a confused tourist and a confident explorer, ensuring that anyone reading this could squeeze every drop of magic out of their time at the resort.

However, a newsletter is nothing without people to read it, and that is where you come in.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to you for inviting me into your inbox every week.

I know that our digital lives are incredibly noisy and that your time is valuable. The fact that you choose to open these emails, read my thoughts, and trust my recommendations is a privilege that I do not take lightly.

It truly means the world to me that I get to share this passion with you. My sincere hope is that these emails have been a beneficial bright spot in your week.

Whether I have helped you snag a difficult dining reservation, saved you twenty minutes in line for Hagrid’s, or simply provided a mental escape back to the parks while you were sitting at your desk, I hope this newsletter has served you well.

Thank you for being the most essential part of this project. We have a lot of exciting changes coming to Universal Orlando in the near future, and I am so grateful that we get to experience them together.

Before you go, I have one small favor to ask. We all have that one specific moment in the parks that hooked us forever—maybe it was the first time you walked into Diagon Alley, a specific interaction with a Team Member, or just laughing with your family on the Hogwarts Express. If you have a moment, hit reply and tell me your favorite Universal memory. I read every single reply, and I would love to hear what makes this place special to you.

See you in the parks,

Bradley
